Ornament Extravaganza

As the holidays approach, the hunt for the perfect ornament begins! The Southside Center for the Arts is calling for artists to create and donate a holiday ornament for our Ornament Extravaganza fundraising event.

Artists can get up to three ornaments to create on from the Southside Center Monday through Friday from 8 am to 1 pm starting in September.

Ornaments can be returned for the fundraiser to the SCA until November 20, 2026.

A reception will be held December 3 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Proceeds from this fundraiser help fund future programs, educational opportunities, and events at the Southside Center for the Arts.

Ornaments are due back to the Southside Center for the Arts by November 20, 2026.

Artwork must be suitable for a family friendly environment.

Ornaments will be considered a donation to the SCA and will not be returned to the Artist post fundraiser.

First Annual

Spring Arts Festival

April 10, 2027 | 10 am to 4 pm

Join us on April 10 for a day filled with art and artists! The Southside Center for the Arts will be hosting our first annual Spring Arts Festival inside our facility and on our spacious front lawn.

We are looking for local artists, sponsors, and volunteers.

Art Space

Join us at the Southside Center for the Arts every Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm for Art Space!

Bring your preferred art supplies and join us in creating together in a shared space. It is free to join and open to all; we ask that minors are accompanied by an adult. All mediums and artistic levels are welcome!
